Arthritis Foundation Offering Exercise Program Training and Recertification
The Arthritis Foundation will offer an Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program Instructor Training session on Wednesday, November 21, 2009 at the Arthritis Foundation, 1650 S. 108th St. in West Allis, Wis. The Initial (Full) Training and Recertification will run from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. All are asked to arrive 15 minutes before the starting time to check-in.
Acceptance of registration will depend upon the following:
• Submitting a completed workshop application form
• Enclosing payment for each participant
• Submitting a signed Statement of Understanding
• Current CPR certification
• Space available
• Registration must be received by November 11, 2009
The costs are as follows: $100 for the Initial (Full) Leader/Instructor and $75 for Recertification Only. Cost includes manual and materials. All instructors must be recertified every three years. Remember to wear comfortable, loose clothing and tennis shoes to the training. Registration is due by November 11.
