Xerox Subsidiary Acquires Fuchs Business Solutions

Xerox subsidiary, MBM, is pleased to announce their recent acquisition of Milwaukee-based Fuchs Business Solutions. MBM, an Appleton-based company, is one of the leading providers of business and office technology, document management and onsite services in Northeast Wisconsin. MBM is excited to offer the same services to Southeast Wisconsin.

MBM, which joined the Global Imaging division of Xerox in 2012, acquired Fuchs as an expansion opportunity into the Milwaukee and Southeastern Wisconsin markets. MBM will operate out of the location at 12200 West Adler Lane in Milwaukee and customers will continue to receive high-level service from the same well-trained technicians they have come to know and rely on.
