The West Allis Senior Center will be sponsoring a new series called "Walk With Ease," which is an Arthritis Foundation program. This 6 week class will help participants to reduce pain, increase balance, manage weight and walk for a healthy life.
The class will meet every Wednesday and Friday from August 1st through September 7, 2012 at the West Allis Senior Center, 7001 West National Avenue, West Allis, WI, 53214 from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm.
This is an excellent program to help you become healthier! You must be able to stand for 10 minutes to join the class. Wear comfy tennis shoes and good walking clothes.
Anyone can join. The cost for 12 classes is only $10 which includes the Walk With Ease manual.
