The West Allis Indians have won the Little League of West Allis Minor Division championship for the first time in the team's history.
The team play the morning of Saturday, July 23rd, and the beat the West Allis Mets 8 to 2 at the local Barczak Field on 96th and Mitchell.
The Indians came in first in their division for the regular season and lost only once in the 5 game, double elimination tournament bracket, winning the American League Minor Championship.
The team is coached by Randall Maderich with assistance by Justin Kovnesky, Chuck Choate, and Mark Stefanovich. The team parent is Karen Hartlaub.
