Bulletin for July 26 meeting
PROGRAMS & EVENTS.
July 26- Tosa Night Out will be the focus of the meeting. We expect that Captain Dal Weiss of the Wauwatosa Police Dept. will be present to brief us.
August 2- John Foley has a big one for us. Chris Abele, Milwaukee County Executive, will fill us in on the state of the County.
Meeting News: Happy dollars from Eli Potkonjak for his anniversary and that his wife is off the rest of the summer. Carl Smith is pleased that his Grandson will play in an all star game in San Diego of the country’s top 45 college players. Gary Knisbeck was happy that he survived a week of his grandkids. Dave Eppelsheimer had his usual Brewers Buck, this for Shawn Marcum’s recovery. Jim Bojar pushed the VA veterans program. John Foley has a new pastor at his church and his youngest son passed his investment board exam. Bob Gross admitted to some shameless promotion with his spread in Wauwatosa Now, while Ed Ellingson wrapped it up with a dollar because he has his grandkids for 12 days.
Warren Breitlow pinch hit with a program on his adventures in Viet Nam. Thanks, Warren.
Vice President: Dave Eppelsheimer has accepted the position of Vice President. We will have a vote in a couple weeks.
Coming Up: August 4, Spelling Bee with Golden K. Rich Woods has tickets.
August 16: Club “fun” Golf Outing at New Berlin Hills. Tee time c11:30, club meeting and dinner around five following an attitude adjustment hour. $25 for golf, $23 for dinner. That will be our regular meeting for the week.
