West Allis driver second in Madison race
Vince Bartolotta of West Allis captured second place in the legends division feature at Madison International Speedway on Friday.
Bartolotta, who was fifth in time trials, came in second in his heat. He then started the feature in third position and held the lead early before taking second place.
Bartolotta also extended his season lead for third place in the standings to 45 points over fourth-place Kevin Griffin.
Pumas holding tryouts on afternoon of Aug. 11
Tryouts for the U-14 New Berlin Pumas will be held on Aug. 11 from 3 to 5 p.m. at Malone Field, 16400 W. Al Stigler Parkway, New Berlin.
