BURGLARY

Jewelry and other items were taken from a residence in the 2900 block of South 105th Street prior to 5:20 p.m. Sept. 4.

A bicycle was taken from an apartment in the 6100 block of West Burnham Street prior to noon Sept. 5.

A flat-screen television was taken from a residence in the 2800 block of Root River Parkway between Aug. 30 and Sept. 7.

A video game system and other items were taken from a residence in the 2100 block of South 61st Street between 1 and 1:45 p.m. Sept. 9.

THEFT

A bicycle was taken from a residence in the 1600 block of South 57th Street overnight Sept. 2-3.

A bicycle was taken from a residence in the 1000 block of South 74th Street prior to 3 p.m. Sept. 3.

A video game system was taken from a residence in the 1500 block of South 73rd Street prior to 5 p.m. Sept. 3.

Cassette tapes were taken from an apartment in the 8700 block of West National Avenue between noon Aug. 30 and 5 p.m. Sept. 3.

A West Allis man was arrested for retail theft at Kmart, 6900 W. Greenfield Ave., at 8:15 p.m. Sept. 3.

A 26-year-old woman was arrested for retail theft at Pick 'n Save, 6760 W. National Ave., at 8:15 p.m. Sept. 3.

A 26-year-old woman was arrested for retail theft at Pick 'n Save, 6760 W. National Ave., at 11:45 a.m. Sept. 4.

Several items were taken from a vehicle at a residence in the 1500 block of South 60th Street prior to 3:30 p.m. Sept. 4.

A GPS unit was taken from a vehicle at a residence in the 8900 block of Dakota Street prior to 6:20 a.m. Sept. 5.

A 58-year-old woman was arrested for retail theft at Menards, 2535 S. 108th St., at 2:15 p.m. Sept. 5.

A cellphone was taken from Pick 'n Save, 6760 W. National Ave., prior to 3 p.m. Sept. 5.

A GPS unit was taken from a vehicle parked at a residence in the 2800 block of South 88th Street overnight Sept. 5-6.

Several items were taken from a vehicle at a residence in the 8400 block of West Becher Street between 5 p.m. Sept. 5 and 6 a.m. Sept. 6.

Numerous items were taken from a vehicle at a residence in the 2000 block of South 84th St., prior to 10 a.m. Sept. 6.

A 19-year-old woman and a 20-year-old woman were arrested for retail theft at Kohls, 2601 S. 108th St., at 8:30 p.m. Sept. 6.

A West Allis man was arrested for retail theft at Kmart, 6900 W. Greenfield Ave., at 11:40 a.m. Sept. 7.

A bicycle was taken from a residence in the 1700 block of South 63rd Street the evening of Sept. 6.

A 34-year-old man was arrested for retail theft at Pick 'n Save, 6760 W. National Ave., at 6:08 p.m. Sept. 7.

A 55-year-old woman was arrested for retail theft at Goodwill, 11000 W. Oklahoma Ave., at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 7.

A wallet was taken from a vehicle at Nathan Hale High School, 11601 W. Lincoln Ave., between 3 p.m. and 8:20 p.m. Sept. 7.

A bicycle was taken from a residence in the 1600 block of South 85th Street between 3 p.m. Sept. 1 and 9 p.m. Sept. 7.

A 45-year old man was arrested for retail theft at Pick 'n Save, 2625 S. 108th St., at 6 p.m. Sept. 8.

Merchandise totaling $200 was taken from Kmart, 6900 W. Greenfield Ave., at 6:10 p.m. Sept. 8.

A 35-year-old man was arrested for retail theft at Burlington Coat Factory, 6748 W. Greenfield Ave., at 6:30 p.m. Sept. 8.

A bicycle was taken from a residence in the 8800 block of West Greenfield Avenue between 8 p.m. Sept. 7. and 1 p.m. Sept. 8.

A 32-year-old man was arrested for retail theft at Kmart, 6900 W. Greenfield Ave., at 11 a.m. Sept. 9.

DRUG POSSESSION

A 54-year-old man was arrested for possession of a controlled substance following a traffic stop on 53rd Street and Beloit Avenue at 1:30 a.m. Sept. 6.

A 33-year-old man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia following a traffic stop in the 6900 block of West Lincoln Avenue at 9:20 p.m. Sept. 7.

ASSAULTS

A West Allis man was arrested for domestic assault at 8:30 p.m. Sept. 5.

A West Allis woman was arrested for domestic assault at 8:37 p.m. Sept. 8.

VANDALISM

A vehicle at a residence in the 1500 block of South 59th Street was scratched between 11:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. Sept. 3.

The door of a vehicle at a residence in the 2100 block of South 74th Street was scratched between 1:30 and 2:30 p.m. Sept. 4.

Tire rims on a vehicle at a residence in the 2300 block of South 74th Street were spray-painted the evening of Sept. 3.
