BURGLARY

A purse was taken from a residence in the 3000 block of South Waukesha Road overnight Oct. 15-16.

Several pieces of jewelry were taken from an apartment in the 1000 block of South 57th Street between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. Oct. 17.

A bicycle was taken from the garage of a residence in the 2400 block of South 88th Street between 1 and 2 a.m. Oct. 18.

Two bicycles valued at $750 were taken from the garage of a residence in the 1400 block of South 75th Street overnight Oct. 17-18.

THEFT

A 26-year-old man was arrested for retail theft at Pick 'n Save, 6760 W. National Ave., at 4 p.m. Oct. 16.

A 14-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl were arrested for retail theft at Kmart, 6900 W. Greenfield Ave., at 5:40 p.m. Oct. 16.

Numerous items were taken from a vehicle parked at a residence in the 1400 block of South 72nd Street overnight Oct. 15-16.

A 26-year-old man was arrested for retail theft at Kmart, 6900 W. Greenfield Ave., at 1:40 a.m. Oct. 17.

A bicycle was taken from a residence in the 1000 block of South 84th Street between 8:20 p.m. Oct. 16 and 11:10 a.m. Oct. 17.

Stereo equipment was taken from a vehicle parked at West Allis Central High School, 8516 W. Lincoln Ave., between 7:30 a.m. and 3 p.m. Oct. 17.

A West Allis man was arrested for retail theft at Pick 'n Save, 6760 W. National Ave., at 3:50 p.m. Oct. 17.

A cellphone was taken at Taco Bell, 1361 S. 60th St., prior to 7 p.m. Oct. 17.

A GPS unit was taken from a vehicle at a residence in the 1100 block of South 70th Street between 8:45 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. Oct. 18.

A license plate was taken from a vehicle at a residence in the 1500 block of South 97th Street prior to 3 p.m. Oct. 18.

A 31-year-old woman was arrested for retail theft at Pick 'n Save, 6760 W. National Ave., at 7 p.m. Oct. 18.

Eight sections of a metal wire fence were taken from a residence in the 2000 block of South 106th Street overnight Oct. 18-19.

A small stereo was taken from a vehicle at West Allis Central High School, 8516 W. Lincoln Ave., between 7:30 and 11:15 a.m. Oct. 19.

A car battery was taken from a vehicle at a residence in the 2100 block of South 58th Street between 11:30 and 11:40 a.m. Oct. 19.

A car battery was taken from a vehicle at a residence in the 1900 block of South 54th Street prior to 12:45 p.m. Oct. 19.

A 17-year-old girl was arrested for attempting to steal two pairs of earrings from Kohls, 2601 S. 108th St., at 3:53 p.m. Oct. 19.

A 31-year-old man was arrested for retail theft at Kohls, 2601 S. 108th St., at 8 p.m. Oct. 19.

A radio was taken from a vehicle at a residence in the 1200 block of South 72nd Street between 8 p.m. Oct. 19 and noon Oct. 20.

A 23-year-old man was arrested for retail theft at Burlington Coat Factory, 6748 W. Greenfield Ave., at 1:20 p.m. Oct. 20.

ASSAULTS

A West Allis man was arrested for domestic assault at 7:45 a.m. Oct. 19.

A 58-year-old West Allis man was arrested for domestic assault at 9:20 p.m. Oct. 19.

A 28-year-old West Allis man was arrested for domestic assault at 8:30 p.m. Oct. 21.

DRUG POSSESSION

A 17-year-old male employee was arrested for drug possession at Pick 'n Save, 6760 W. National Ave., at 6:25 p.m. Oct. 15.

A 31-year-old man was arrested for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on 65th Street and Greenfield Avenue at 8:15 p.m. Oct. 19.

A 25-year-old man was arrested for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop in the 8900 block of West Lincoln Avenue at 11:30 p.m. Oct. 19.

A 26-year-old man was arrested for possession of cocaine following a traffic stop on 84th Street and Harrison Avenue at 12:15 a.m. Oct. 21.

A 24-year-old man was arrested for possession of marijuana following a traffic stop in the 6700 block of West Mitchell Street at 1 a.m. Oct. 21.

A 23-year-old woman was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at Aurora West Allis Medical Center, 8901 W. Lincoln Ave., at 5:30 a.m. Oct. 21.

VANDALISM

A residence in the 6400 block of West Beloit Road was damaged prior to 9 a.m. Oct. 16.

The passenger side windows of a vehicle parked at a residence in the 7500 block of West Becher Street were smashed between 10 and 10:30 p.m. Oct. 18.

The left rear tire of a vehicle parked at a residence in the 1700 block of South 57th Street was slashed overnight Oct. 20-21.
