Pedestrian death still under investigation
West Allis - Local police are investigating an incident in which a pedestrian died after being hit by a vehicle about 11 a.m. July 31 in the 1300 block of 70tth Street.
No arrests have been made, and alcohol does not appear to have been a factor, West Allis police said.
The vehicle was headed north when it hit the pedestrian identified as Lonnie L. Dodge, 47, of West Allis.
The driver remained on scene, police said.
