Kimberly Jensen and Jeffrey Rose, both of Waukesha, are planning a Sept. 5, 2009, wedding at the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, Milwaukee.
Parents of the engaged couple are Robin and Mary Jensen, Milwaukee, and Jeffrey and Gina Rose, North Prairie.
The bride-to-be, a 2003 graduate of Greenfield High School, earned her associate degree in medical assisting from Sanford Brown College in 2007. She is an adjudication specialist at Roeschen's Omnicare Long-Term Care Pharmacy.
The future groom is a 2001 graduate of Mukwonago High School. He is a boilermaker at the Oak Creek Powerplant and a member of Boilermakers Local 107.
The couple became engaged Dec. 28, 2008, during a horse and carriage ride through downtown Milwaukee after five years and three months of dating.
