Saulo Gonzalez of Greenfield made the summer semester dean's list at Gateway Technical College in Kenosha.

YOURNEIGHBORS

Christine Zamora, daughter of Julie and Gerardo Zamora of Greenfield, won the title of Miss Wisconsin USA 2013 in the Miss Wisconsin USA pageant in Fond du Lac on Sept. 16. She will represent the state in numerous appearances and compete for the national title of Miss USA in June 2013. Her first appearance was in Warrens for the 40th anniversary of the world's largest cranberry festival. She appeared at the Greenfield High School homecoming parade and varsity football game on Oct. 5, as she is a GHS graduate.

Tara Cavazos, branch manager and assistant vice president at U.S. Bank's office in Greenfield, won U.S. Bank's Pinnacle Award, the company's highest employee achievement honor recognizing outstanding achievement and tremendous performance. This is Cavazos' second pinnacle award. She volunteers in the community as a chair for the South 27th Street Business District Association and is a career readiness advisory council member at Milwaukee Achievers, Literacy Services, where she is also a member of its board of directory.
