So it's that time of the year again...we are staring at the backside of summer, fall is tapping us on the shoulder...and it's time to pay the water bill. (quite some build-up, hey?)
Since I pay most of our bills online, I was complaining to my husband about the city's obvious oversight in not having a way we could pay bills online. Imagine my surprise when I looked on this quarter's bill and found online bill paying information. Whee!
